Members bringing in groups of 25 guests must receive pre-approval from CSRA Management and guest lists must be submitted to the office. To ensure your guests are granted access to the facility please fill out the form below and return it to the office at least one week (7) days in advance of your function.

 

Guest lists must be approved by the office. Guests list not submitted within the specified time period will not be accepted.

 

The Guest List Form can be submitted via the form below or dropped off at the office. Typed lists are preferred. Non legible hand written forms will not be accepted!

 

Please fill in the names of your guests in alphabetical order by last name (i.e. Doe, Jane), and only one name per line. Children and infants are considered guests and must be recorded on their own line. Any guest not on the list will not be granted access to the park.

 

Members do not need to be listed on the guest list as they are required to enter the park using their own membership card.

 

If approved, you will receive a confirmation email from the office and your Guest List Form will kept at the front desk office. On the day of the function, check-in with the Front Desk Attendant when you arrive and present your membership card. You will need to sign the bottom of the Guest Form before your guests arrive and before your guests will be admitted to the park. You will be required to check-in with the Front Desk Attendant before you leave the park and sign the form again to verify that all of your guests have left the facility.

 

Booking /Guest Policies

• Members under the age of 18 may take 3 guests (Non-Member residents) into the facility.

• Must be 18 years older to make the booking.

• Groups of 3-25 guests must be pre-approved by management and guest lists must be submitted to the office at least 3 business days prior to the function. Guest lists not submitted within the specified time period will not be accepted.

• Please have the Waiver signed if any guest have children below 16yrs old, signed by the parent/Guardian if they are not going to accompany their child for the booking.

• Guests cannot be admitted until the member has entered the park.

• Members must be present in the park at all times while their guests are using the facility. •Members are responsible for their guests at all times.

• The CSRA reserves the right to limit the number of guests and to refuse guests access to the park.

• Residents eligible for membership cannot be signed in as guests.
